FORMS AND PROCEDURES EXPLAINED

If you’d like to start enjoying the benefits of Crown Selection ™ membership, you can apply at any time. The process is straightforward, and we give each application immediate attention.
  1. Download and complete the Membership Application Form
  2. Send the non-refundable inspection deposit by bank wire or USD check/cheque payable to "W3Rez.com, Inc."
  3. Fax the Membership Application Form to +1 (877) 765-6948
Once we have received the above, we will:
  1. Confirm our receipt of your Application and inspection deposit by email
  2. Make an appointment for the initial inspection
  3. Compile the data from the inspection and the Membership Application Form
  4. Present your completed Membership Application to our Membership Committee
  5. Confirm your invitation and acceptance
