A — We have no contracts. We have a one-year membership affiliation. What are your fees? A — Our fees are tied to the number of rooms on property. They are not tied to a percentage of gross rooms revenue. Where do you need new hotels/properties? A — We look in areas where Crown Selection ™ in under-represented so as not to negatively impact our members. Do we need to be a member in order to have our hotel/property listed on and to use the W3Rez Reservation System? A — No. Membership is not required. Preferred hotels, on W3Rez, are members of The Crown Selection Hotel Chain. Do you have an affiliate program? A — W3Rez offers an affiliate program where you can earn generous commissions for making referrals. Do we pay you a commission on our room sales? A — Members pay an annual membership fee that is based on the number of rooms they have. Hotel partners pay a commission only for confirmed reservations made via the W3Rez Reservation System. Preferred Hotels pay a slightly higher commission for preferred placement on W3Rez and other unique benefits.
